We minimize the data we process and never store your screenshots. This policy explains what we do and your rights.
1. What we process
Screenshots and pasted text are processed in memory for a single analysis call and are never written to storage. We persist only a de-identified summary of the result, never the raw conversation.
2. Third-party data
Conversations may include another person. We de-identify personal data before any persistence, and you confirm at upload that you have removed the other party's key private information.
3. Sub-processors and transfers
We use Google Cloud (Firebase and Vertex AI, Singapore region) to operate the service. AI processing runs on an enterprise tier that does not train on your prompts. Data may be processed in Singapore.
4. Retention and deletion
Derived data carries a short expiry and is auto-deleted. You can delete any analysis or your entire account and all data at any time.
5. Region
The service is not offered in the EU/EEA at this time.
